Most importantly, the children learn through their play. They explore their world through play. Play is children’s work. When children are given the time, encouragement, space, and equipment for play, they learn to solve problems and to develop verbal and social skills. Our program is designed to provide many opportunities for the preschooler to succeed. Success fosters a sense of initiative as well as positive self-esteem. We believe that parents are the most important people in a child’s life. With this in mind, our mission is a cooperative relationship between parent and teacher. We encourage parents to feel free to visit and to furnish information that will help their child acclimate to our school. We communicate with parents often through newsletters, informal conversations, and formal conferences. The participation of parents ensures the success of our school.
